Terms and Conditions for Use of BleBluBla

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BleBluBla.com and related services (the "Site"), owned and operated by Suzanne Gutierrez Consulting, Inc., an Oregon corporation ("BleBluBla," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with BleBluBla, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Platform Description and Purpose

BleBluBla is a skills-matching, professional development, and network-building platform designed to help individuals present their experience, skills, interests, and goals, and to discover opportunities for learning, mentorship, collaboration, and employment-related engagement.

BleBluBla uses automated systems, including algorithms and machine-learning techniques, to generate recommendations and suggestions intended to assist discovery and engagement. These recommendations may include, without limitation:

recommending people to other people for learning, mentorship, collaboration, or professional connection;
recommending people to job opportunities or employer profiles;
recommending employer profiles, organizations, or opportunities to people; and
suggesting additional skills, content, preferences, or opportunities where the information in a user's profile indicates potential relevance or usefulness.

All recommendations are informational only and are not determinative of employment, compensation, eligibility, or contractual outcomes.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

BleBluBla does not guarantee any employment, engagement, match, compensation, performance, or result. Decisions to engage with other users, employers, or opportunities are made solely by users and third parties. BleBluBla is not a party to any employment, contractual, or service relationship that may arise.

3. Eligibility and License to Use

The Site is intended for individuals seeking professional development or opportunities ("Candidates") and for employers, recruiters, mentors, and organizations seeking to connect with Candidates ("Employers").

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for its intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. BleBluBla may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

use the Site for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;
scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site or its systems;
upload malicious code or misuse platform features; or
use the Site outside its intended professional and learning purposes.

6. User Content and Profile Information

6.1 User-Provided Materials

Users may choose to submit or upload information and materials such as profiles, resumes, work samples, portfolios, certifications, feedback, messages, recordings, activity data, or links to other professional profiles ("User Content").

User-provided materials are voluntary and are used to help users present their experience, skills, interests, and career goals more accurately, and to support recommendations related to learning opportunities, career paths, mentorship, connections, or other professional benefits users indicate they are seeking.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any materials they submit and that such materials are accurate and lawful.

6.2 License Grant

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant BleBluBla a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, analyze, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and developing the platform, including improving recommendation and matching systems.

7. Community Feedback and Interaction Signals

Where users choose to post content, provide feedback, or otherwise engage with others on the platform, BleBluBla may consider high-level interaction signals—such as responses, reactions, endorsements, or feedback provided by other users—as contextual information to help inform future recommendations.

Such signals are used to understand how contributions are received within the contexts in which users choose to participate and to support discovery, learning, and connection. They are not intended to represent judgments about a user's character, qualifications, or suitability for employment, nor are they determinative of outcomes.

8. Visibility of Community Reactions

BleBluBla notifies users of reactions, responses, or engagement from the network related to their contributions. These notifications are intended to provide transparency into how content is received by others on the platform.

Community reactions and notifications are visible to users and are not a hidden or undisclosed component of the recommendation or matching process. Users may update, remove, or provide additional context to their contributions in response to such feedback to refine future recommendations.

9. Explainability, Feedback, and User Control

BleBluBla strives to explain platform-generated suggestions and recommendations in ways designed to help users understand the general factors and user-controlled inputs influencing those suggestions.

Where applicable, BleBluBla provides mechanisms that allow users to:

update or correct profile information,
delete personal information or request account deletion, and
expand upon or supplement information and preferences to refine future recommendations.

Any explanations provided are high-level and functional in nature and do not constitute disclosure of proprietary algorithms, models, source code, or weighting methodologies.

10. Automated Decision-Making Transparency

BleBluBla uses automated systems to generate recommendations across multiple relationship types, including people-to-people, people-to-opportunity, and people-to-organization discovery.

Automated outputs are informational only and are not intended to replace human judgment or decision-making by users, employers, or other third parties. Where required by applicable law, eligible users may request information about the purpose of automated processing and available options to limit or opt out of certain automated uses.

11. Privacy and California Consumer Privacy Rights

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Instructions for exercising these rights are provided in the Privacy Policy and Preference Center.

12. Recordings and Communications

Certain features may involve audio, video, or other recorded interactions. Where permitted by law, BleBluBla may store, transcribe, and analyze such recordings for platform functionality, safety, quality assurance, and system improvement. Users are responsible for complying with applicable consent and recording laws.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLEBLUBLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

BLEBLUBLA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

15. Independent Contractors and No Agency Relationship

BleBluBla is not an employment agency, talent agent, or advisory service. Users offering services act as independent contractors. BleBluBla does not employ, supervise, insure, or direct users.

16. Termination

BleBluBla may suspend or terminate access at any time. Provisions relating to licenses, privacy, liability, arbitration, and indemnification survive termination.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Deschutes County, Oregon. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

18. Account Deletion and Data Retention

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed or anonymized except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and system integrity.
