BleBluBla ("BleBluBla", "we", "us") respects and protects the privacy of the people that use our services.

We collect both anonymous and personal information from everybody, however we try to only collect the information that we need and we try to only use it for the purpose that we state. Our Services

BleBluBla provides an opportunity management system for candidates and employers. For employment candidates, we proactively communicate your skills and employment preferences across a large number of potential employers that you identify as places you would want to work.

For individuals, we also allow you to receive, sort and select existing opportunities and work related content.

For employers, we find candidates that match your needs by extensively profiling and qualifying candidates before they are introduced to you.

What are you agreeing to?

By visiting our Site, you grant us permission to collect anonymous information about you and use it in summary (anonymous) form without further release.

In the event you register for our services to use our service, post content such as a profile, employment opportunity or other kinds of content, you grant us permission to collect personally identifiable information about you or the business you represent and use it to represent you to employers, recruiters, agencies, or individuals and any other entity we deem necessary and relevant in locating employment opportunities, without further release. Identifiable information includes your business name, full name, email address, and physical address, as well as other information you agree to provide us in relation to the services we offer, including information included on any resume you provide, and information we obtain in the profiling process. We qualify information by collecting your interaction with content to improve what we match you to.

If you register for our services, we may collect information about you from our clients and others in the course of providing the services we offer, and we may also collect information from our own research using the Internet and other sources.

What information do we collect in addition to the information that you voluntarily provide?

In addition to the information that you specifically and knowingly provide, BleBluBla notes and saves information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, and IP address of each visitor to our Site. That information is used to audit and improve our records, to provide more relevant services, detect and deter fraud, and create supplemental information about you. For example, BleBluBla may use the date of your last visit to our Site to estimate your enthusiasm about your job search.

    • (b) We may use the information we collect on candidates for purposes of developing and improving the services we offer. We also may aggregate information that we collect, and use such aggregated information for promoting the service and opportunities we present as well as generating and disclosing statistical information regarding our candidates and placement activities. Information used in aggregate is not traceable to an individual.
  2. Information Pertaining to Employers: We collect information pertaining to employers and potential employers of our candidates, including business contact information, how they interact with our service and use such information in providing our services. We may contact employers from time to time regarding their needs and the services we provide.
  3. Sharing of Information with Third-Parties We work with third parties who provide services that may include assessment validation services, website hosting, data analysis, resume verification, background checking, communication services, and other administrative and back-up and security services. By registering for the services, you agree that we have the right to share personally identifiable information with such third parties for the purpose of obtaining their services.
  4. Other Uses of Information:
    • We may use personally identifiable information to contact you or third party services from time to time to ensure that the information we have collected is accurate and up to date.
    • If you contact us by email or by telephone, or otherwise through the Site, we may keep a record of your correspondence.
    • We may send information to you concerning our services or other promotional materials by email, and you consent to the receipt of such materials.
    • We may share your personally identifiable information with our affiliated companies and strategic partners.
