Note : The ideal candidate will have previous experience with fire protection systems design and will have knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software. Hydra CAD experience preferred. 

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Fire Protection Designer to join the team of our client, a reputable construction firm in Madison.
  • This is a great direct hire opportunity with a reputable and growing firm with excellent benefits and employee perks.
  • This is an in office role, and will require candidates to live or relocate to the Madison, WI area.
  • The successful candidate will be designing fire protection systems for client projects.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, & Navisworks are required
  • Knowledge of fire protection codes
  • Perform hydraulic calculations with 3rd party design software (HydraCAD)
  • 2-5 years minimum experience designing/engineering/coordinating fire protection systems required
  • Previous fire protection field install experience a bonus

Schedule: This is an in-office role in with a full-time day shift schedule
