Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful delivery of diverse projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Innovate and refine project management methodologies, processes, and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead a dynamic team of 6 project managers, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to inspire high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct engaging project status meetings and keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing and acting on opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
  • Proven ability to confidently tackle complex challenges.
  • Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in creating financial reports and maintaining project budgets.
